What are the opening hours?
How long does it take to visit the entire exhibition?
The recommended visit is 60 minutes long. However, you can remain in the building as long as you wish.
How early should I arrive before my visiting time?
We recommend you to get there 5 minutes prior to the hour of the visit.
Is it necessary to enter on time?
You can access your session up to 10 minutes prior to the next one. For example, if you’ve acquired a ticket for the 12:30 a.m. session, you can come in up until 12.50 a.m.
Do you have any discounts for the tickets?
We have discounts for people under 12 and over 65 and for people with disabilities.
We recommend you to take advantage of Tuesdays, because is the special day and there are reduced prices for all.
When will next exhibition "Sorolla, una nova dimensió" start?
On February 8th (from 16pm)
Can I leave and return on the same day with the same ticket?
The ticket has an entry hour, but not an exit hour. The ticket is valid for the entire day inside of the exhibition. You can’t leave the exhibition and come back in.
Can I buy a ticket without a specific visiting time?
If you buy a regular ticket, to a closed session, you will not be able to make changes due to the purchase policy.
Can I cancel my ticket after purchasing it?
Yes, via Fever, in the exhibition’s webpage “contact form”.
In which formats can I bring the tickets?
You can enter in the center with printed tickets or in digital format, provided that the barcode is displayed correctly.
I have purchased an online ticket, but I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?
It is recommended to check spam or junk mail. If you cannot find the confirmation email, check if the bank has made the payment. If so, you can provide your name and email address at the box office on the day of your visit to confirm your ticket and authorize access. If you prefer to receive it before, you can write to us at info@centredartamatller.com and we will send it to you by mail in PDF format.
Is the facility accessible for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility?
The venue is adapted to wheelchair circulation and people with reduced mobility.
Is the visualization of the artworks safe for a person with epilepsy?
The visit is not recommended for people with epilepsy.
Can I access it with a stroller?
You can enter with a stroller.
Can I enter with pets?
The admission of pets is forbidden.
Can young people under the age of 18 enter without adult supervision?
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal tutor or an adult.
Can I use the VR glasses if I use regular glasses?
You can use VR glasses with your regular vision glasses.
Can I take photos in the exhibition?
You can take photos in all the exhibition areas, make sure the flash is switched off.
Is there any space I can leave my belongings?
